I’m happy to announce that I’ve invested $50,000 (through my investment fund KBJ Capital) in B2B mobile app developer APPEK Mobile Apps!
As a condition of the investment I will join APPEK as a strategic advisor and member of the APPEK board of advisors.
After meeting with dozens of mobile app start-up technology companies from across the country I quickly discovered that APPEK Mobile Apps (located in my home town of Northeastern, Pennsylvania) is particularly well positioned to immediately take advantage of the massive supply demand discrepancy that exists between the tens of thousands of businesses that require mobile app development and the very limited number of professional B2B mobile app development providers.
I look forward to working closely with APPEK founders (and fellow Penn State grads!) Adam Ceresko and Andrew Herman as a strategic advisor and mentor to position APPEK as the world leader in B2B mobile app development.
On a side note, I am confident that today’s investment in APPEK will result in the creation of numerous high paying technology jobs, while also supporting the growing cluster of innovative companies and technology success stories originating from Northeastern, Pennsylvania!
I can tell you from the bottom of my belly that supporting home grown entrepreneurs and cultivating the technology community of Northeastern, PA is one of the main drivers of KBJ Capital….and one of my personal goals. 🙂
